The Fairy Woodland MiniGee™ Mix features a 1-lb woodland-themed assortment of spring green, orange, and translucent white tiles. These tiles are the same thickness (~1/8 inch) as our other vitreous glass tiles, including our Lojee-Nojee™ and our Morjo™ Vitreous minis. Therefore you can mix and match these in the same mosaic applications along with tiles from other brands.
MiniGee™ glass mosaic tile by Morjo™ are the MINI 10mm versions of our 20mm Lojee-Nojee™ glass tiles. This low-grain variety of vitreous glass has much fewer specks. Most colors have no specks at all. As a result, these tiles offer great clarity and opacity. They are competitively priced yet suitable for fine art. They are also UV resistant and factory certified for commercial exteriors, swimming pools, backsplashes, showers, murals, as well as art-&-craft projects like mosaic stepping stones.
The embossed back surface of these tiles helps create a more secure adhesive or cement bond. We find that many artists prefer this tic-tac-toe pattern for ease of cutting. We have mounting grids available for you to map out your design.

Each 1-pound bag will cover approximately .90 square feet assuming a standard grout gap of approximately 1/32 inch. Most Mosaic Mounting Paper is 1.15 square feet and requires 841 tiles (29 tiles x 29 tiles). Use our tile estimator to calculate how much you need for your project.
Tile thickness is 1/8 inch nominal, the same as most of the glass mosaic tile we sell, which means that these can be used with other types and brands.
We recommend the Mosaic Glass Cutter for cutting all types of glass mosaic tile including these. Note, however, that there is a limit to how small they can be cut. Due to their tapered edges, small pieces will tend to tip over. We advise cutting halves and quarters and diagonal triangles, and not much smaller than that. For creating outlines and other details, check out our Rectangle Border Tiles or our Outliners Mosaic Sticks™.
Use in Mosaic Art
The affordability, ease of use and durability of these tiles makes them suitable for children’s crafts projects and outdoor home décor. The pigment quality lends itself equally well to photorealistic mosaic images and fine art. The advantage of this material is that you can use tiles from different manufacturers if you find you need additional colors.
