We have discontinued phone orders. THE ENCRYPTED CHECKOUT IS MORE
SECURE THAN THE TELEPHONE. Even if we took your credit card number over
the phone, we would still have to type it into our online credit card processor,
just like any other business would.
Staff cannot discuss projects or color schemes on the phone.

Customers with addresses outside the US can order directly through the website provided that they pay using PayPal or international money order payable in US dollars. PayPal is easy, secure and allows you to shop all over the Internet without giving your credit card information to every business you shop. PayPal is highly recommended for all customers. Shipping is via Air Parcel Post or Global Priority Mail and the cost is based on weight. The website will show you the cost of shipping during checkout before you finalize the order. Check or Money OrderThe website now accepts money orders as payment. Please keep in mind that if you send us a check instead of a money order, it will need to be deposited for at least 7 days before we can ship. Use money orders for faster turn around. No C.O.D. orders accepted. Return to Top

ReturnsWe cannot accept returns and are not staffed to do so. Please order samples if you need to be sure. All sales final except for manufacturer defects on tools only within 30 days. Note that natural stone and glass tile products vary slightly in color between and even within manufacturer lots. Please order enough for the job and avoid matching colors between multiple orders if possible. Unauthorized returns will NOT be credited to customer accounts. Our prices are significantly lower than places that take returns because we are a lean business and pass the savings to our customers. Please read product descriptions, including dimensions, before ordering. We cannot refund payment for refused shipments, so please email us promptly if you change your mind, and we will try to stop the package before it leaves the warehouse. Return to Top

Policies and Legal InformationNo warranty is implied by any instructions posted on our websites or emailed to individuals. Use at your own risk. Read manufacturer safety instructions for grout, adhesives and tools. Wear goggles when cutting mosaic materials or mixing grout. Mosaic materials are often sharp. Keep out of reach of children. Do not overload patio tables with mosaic materials so that the table becomes unstable (top heavy). You should also make sure that the table frame can support the overall weight.
Mosaic Art Supply (Joe Moorman, owner) makes no warranties express or implied about our mosaic instructions, our websites, the materials sold therein or the suitability of either the website, the mosaic instructions or the materials for any purpose. Customers assume all risk of loss or damage for materials in transit once they leave our Atlanta facility. However, orders shipped via UPS are automatically insured for their value up to $99.
Shipping costs are the cost of freight plus the cost of packing your order. Your credit card is charged at the time of checkout. You will NOT be charged more if the actual shipping cost is more than what is charged at the time of checkout. The shopping cart calculates your shipping charge from UPS and USPS tables based on the combined weight of your order including packaging. Since there are tens of thousands of possible combinations of products, it is difficult if not impossible to write a shipping algorithm that will estimate exact shipping on all combinations of products. This means that the actual cost of shipping might be less than what you paid at checkout. In fact, this margin of "error" is not really an error at all. This margin is how we account for the cost of labor, packing materials, reshipping lost packages, etc. We could have built these costs into the product prices, but it made more sense to leave it in the cost of shipping since that is the nature of the costs.
We don't offer fake free shipping nor do we gouge on shipping to make up for artificially low prices. Compare the TOTAL cost of your order to see which supplier truly has the best prices.
